MANDATORY - All coaches need to submit copies of their clearances before their first practice.

ACE Certifications can be done through https://www.registerasa.com/Account/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=/default.aspx 

If a coach does not submit his/her clearnances they will not be allowed to coach. Returning coaches must sign new Keep Kids Safe Disclosure Statement.

Coaches please make sure to verify that your games are entered correctly on our site. This is what the umpires will be following.  Report any discrepancies to Michele ASAP. 

If your game has a TBA next to it, that means I need the rescheduled game date so the umpire scheduler can be notified.
