The 12U Valley Scheduling Meeting will be at the Dolph St. VFW in Jessup on April 18th. The North Division will schedule their games at 6pm, and the South Division will schedule at 7pm.

If you have not submitted a roster, please email it no later than Friday, April 16th using one of the official forms attached (either Word or PDF). I will create a coach’s contact list with the information from the rosters so make sure you have a head coach and current phone number listed.

This is also a reminder that Valley needs valid copies of the background checks for each coach, which includes the Child Abuse clearance, the Criminal Background check, (both due every 5 years) and the attached disclosure form (yearly for everyone). We also request a copy of your league’s insurance if you have not provided us with a copy already. We have not received league fees for several teams, so please remember to bring a check to the scheduling meeting or make other arrangements.

The first meeting of the 2021 valley season for the 12 U division will be held on February 21st at 7pm. Please note the new location: VFW Post 5544; 205 Dolph St. in Jessup. The 10u meeting will be held at 6pm, with the 14/18u meeting being held at 8pm. Please be prepared to follow covid-19 guidelines.

At this meeting, we will discuss:
– Nominations for administrators for the 2021 season
– Comments/Concerns on 2020 Season
– Treasurer’s report from 2020 Season – $125/team
– Need for updated clearances/background checks – if you have renewed clearances or new coaches with checks completed, feel free to bring them to this meeting or forward to me via email. If you are unsure about someone, please ask.
– First reading of the rules and by-laws; as well as any proposed changes
– Season start/end dates
– Determine hosts for Classics/Playoffs, as well as start/end dates
– Continuing to follow Covid-19 Back to the Ballpark recommendations
