2021 Season Meeting
The first meeting of the 2021 valley season for the 12 U division will be held on February 21st at 7pm. Please note the new location: VFW Post 5544; 205 Dolph St. in Jessup. The 10u meeting will be held at 6pm, with the 14/18u meeting being held at 8pm. Please be prepared to follow covid-19 guidelines.
At this meeting, we will discuss:
– Nominations for administrators for the 2021 season
– Comments/Concerns on 2020 Season
– Treasurer’s report from 2020 Season – $125/team
– Need for updated clearances/background checks – if you have renewed clearances or new coaches with checks completed, feel free to bring them to this meeting or forward to me via email. If you are unsure about someone, please ask.
– First reading of the rules and by-laws; as well as any proposed changes
– Season start/end dates
– Determine hosts for Classics/Playoffs, as well as start/end dates
– Continuing to follow Covid-19 Back to the Ballpark recommendations
